Stefan Kraft leads after the first round of the Summer Grand Prix on Wednesday at Tremplin-du-Praz (HS132) in Courchevel. The Austrian is in the lead after a jump of 130.5 metres. Aleksander Zniszczol is fifth and Dawid Kubacki is sixth. The Poles as a whole have advanced to the final.
The first competition series, held in variable wind conditions, was owned by Stefan Kraft. The leader of the Summer Grand Prix climbed to 130.5 m. The Austrian is thus 13.2 points ahead of Alex Insam (123.5 m) and 16.5 points ahead of Valentin Faubert (122.5 m). Fourth place goes to Fredrik Villemstad (121.5 m). Alexander Zniszczol is in fifth place (125.5 m) and Dawid Kubacki (121.5 m) is in sixth place. The Poles lose 7.3 and 8.6 points respectively. to the podium.
Jan Hoerl (116.5m), Gregor Deschwanden (119.5m), Manuel Fettner (117m) and Michael Haybock (123.5m) were also ranked in the top ten.
The entire Polish team advanced to the final. Jakub Wolny (122m) was 13th at the halfway point of the competition, Kacper Juroszek (118.5m) was 20th, and Paweł Wąsek (116.5m) was 22nd.
The first competition series was played with beams 13, 14, 16 and 17.
