The people of Gdansk had hoped that in their second home game of the season, they could break this disastrous streak. Tomas Kaczmarek’s players lost three consecutive matches. The away defeat to Medzia Legnica (1:2) put Bialo-Greens at the bottom of the table, even though they had two impressive games. The first occurred on Wednesday evening. Lech came to Gdansk, who started the season poorly. Kolejorz’s consolation, however, is promotion to the group stage of the European Conference League and a league win with Piast Gliwice (1:0). In addition, John van den Brum has more and more staff, and injured players are returning. Thanks to this, the Dutchman was able to put together the same line of defense that started the match with Piast.
– It’s no secret that the last three games have been bad. If you come to Lycia, start work on June 1 and the season from three points in five games, you can ask me about everything. I’m not saying I did a great job at Lycia, but it was a good job. The club submitted to the European Cup for the third time in its history. Not everything was beautiful, but we achieved the result – said the coach of the residents of Gdansk before the meeting. At the same time, he emphasized that he had an idea of a way out of the crisis. Well, Wednesday’s meeting certainly didn’t make his words credible.
The first quarter-hour of Wednesday’s game was even, perhaps even with reference to the hosts. In the 16th minute, Paceko Diabatti was in a good position, but he acted selfishly and instead of passing to a partner in a better position, he sent a shot to the stands. After a moment Ilkay Durmus showed better accuracy, but Filip Bednarek managed to save Turk’s shot. It was the end of Lycia’s offensive actions. Since then, the guests have dominated the pitch. Before scoring the first goal, the Gdansk players saved the team from a loss. Micha Naleba and Joel Abu Hanna, who had just joined the team, tried to block Barry Douglas’ cross, but were very lucky with this interference. The ball bounced off the crossbar and landed on a corner kick. After him, the first goal of the guests was scored.
After playing this part of the match cleverly, Nika Kwekweskiri showed off with a superb shot. A fixed piece of the game was made by Douglas, who played with Joel Pereira. The Portuguese gave the ball to a completely unmarked Georgian player and did not give Dusan Kociak a chance. The Slovak recently became the new leader of the city of Gdansk.
The tape on his arm didn’t help him with a Christopher Felde shot. The Norwegian finished Red Lech, and at the crucial moment easily beat Christers Toppers. Fildi could have scored his second goal, but in the 51st minute the ball bounced off the post after his shot from outside the penalty area.
Lycia was smashed, and in the 60th minute the guests dealt a knockout. A beautiful two-piece move was completed by Michał Leathers, who hit the net with a knockout and consciously played by Filip Marchwiński. Lich got back on the winning path, while Piao Zhilin’s locomotive would be derailed in an instant. Tomas Kaszmarek will host the second team from Pozna-Warta on Saturday.
It is not known if he is with a 37-year-old coach on the bench, who began work in Leccia on September 1. The Whites and the Greens played slowly, predictably, and without passion. Fans of the hosts expressed their frustration that day by hanging an eloquent banner with the head of President Bauchlem on the fence. He signed it: “Slim Won.” Then the president received special “compliments” and a proposal to “leave the club.” The coming days should clarify which direction the people of Gdansk will go and whether the Lycian authorities have enough patience for Coach Kachimarek.

His eyesight deteriorated day by day. First in one eye. Activities in the hall, a ball hit him in the face Michau Globusch was in the hospital. Later, the vision in the other eye faded. However, a well-deserved youth coach and teacher can still be found in the stands of the stadium in Gdynia – he comes to the matches and his friends tell him what is happening on the field. In the movie “X-ray”, the guardian who has won gold medals in the European Championships for years talks about learning a new life and putting the head at an angle so that the number of the trolley car coming into the station can be seen.
