LG gram SuperSlim – a new version of the manufacturer’s thinnest ultrabook with an OLED screen is on sale

In early January, when the CES 2023 electronics show took place, LG introduced its line of laptops under the LG gram UltraSlim name. These devices have a very thin design and relatively low weight. The moment has come for the official premiere of the laptop from this line, which was renamed SuperSlim. This year’s LG gram SuperSlim (15Z90RT) not only has a slim design, but also a great OLED screen and decent specs.

The LG Gram SuperSlim laptop, announced at CES 2023, is now on the market for the first time. It is mainly distinguished by its light weight and a very good display.

The laptop itself looks very modest. We will not see any fountains here. The design is very elegant and minimalistic. The screen with thin bezels surrounding it instantly catches the eye. An OLED screen is used with an AGLR (anti-glare, low reflection) panel with a diagonal of 15.6 inches and Full HD resolution. And the standard 60 Hz refresh rate is complemented by a maximum brightness of 500 cd / m² and an ultra-low matrix response time of 0.2 ms. In addition, we can count on 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color palette with a contrast of 1,000,000: 1. The heart of the unit is an Intel processor Core i5-1340P, it has 12 cores and 16 threads from 3.4GHz to 4.6GHz we can choose versions with 16 or 32GB LPDDR5 RAM with effective clock speed of 6000MHz.

Also in terms of the data carrier, we will have two suggestions: on board we will be able to find a solid-state drive compatible with M.2 connector (2280) and support for the PCIe Gen.4 bus with a capacity of 512 GB or 2 TB. The equipment is equipped with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 for wireless connectivity. We will also get two stereo speakers (2W each) that support Dolby Atmos spatial format. LG promotes this model as the thinnest laptop in its offering. The device is just 12.55mm thick, while at its thinnest it is less than 11mm thick. Its weight is also an advantage, as the whole body weighs only 990 grams. We will also meet a 60Wh battery here, which we charge with a power of 65W. without TB4) and 3.5mm audio jack. The ultrabook in its basic configuration is priced at PLN 7,699 and is available for purchase in Polish online stores.
