Mark Wahlberg in a family action comedy. “The Family Plan” trailer.
Apple has presented a trailer for a new family comedy. The project is called “The Family Plan” and stars Mark Wahlberg.

Mark Wahlberg is a killer in the family comedy

Mark Wahlberg plays Dan Morgan in the film. He is a loving father and caring husband who lives a quiet, unremarkable life in a typical American suburb.

The problem is that this is Dan’s carefully crafted fantasy. He used to be a government assassin. And he was very good at it. It was the past he tried to forget. Unfortunately, you will brutally interfere with his organized life.

Unexpectedly, Dan finds himself targeted by his former colleagues. To save his life and the lives of his loved ones, as well as hide the truth about his past from his family, Dan “spontaneously” organizes a family trip to Las Vegas…

Wahlberg’s partner is Michelle Monaghan as a loving wife who secretly dreams of Dan living a more exciting life. Their children were played by Zoe Colletti and Van Crosby. The cast also includes Saïd Taghmaoui, Maggie Q, and Ciaran Hinds.

Behind the camera was Simon Cellan Jones, with whom Wahlberg had recently worked on two films. The second part is the adventure of “King Arthur.”

“The Family Plan” will be released on AppleTV+ on December 15
