“Masked singer” in France: Jean-Marc Genereux unmasks

Dancer and choreographer Jean-Marc Genreux, who participated in the fifth season of “Masque Singer” (“Mask singers”) in France, was eliminated on Friday.

Qubesser cast himself as a llama and performed a rock number in which he served a potpourri of Elvis Presley. “The stars aligned,” the “king’s” big fan said to herself when she saw her outfit in the paper for the first time, French magazine “Télé-Loisir” reported on Saturday.

Anticipating her appearance on the show, the dancer told this media that after her elimination, she took singing lessons from the moment she knew she would be on the show. She said she took the adventure very “seriously” even though she knew her singing skills were lacking.

Jean-Marc Généreux commuted between Montreal and Paris during the filming of “Mask Singer”. He notably participated in the filming of the Hallmark TV movie “Dancing Detective”, for which he was the choreographer, and began filming the first season of the fifth season of “Revolution” for TVA.
