According to journalist Santi Awna, the 30-year-old is ready to say goodbye to the “Reds”. According to the latest information, the Anfield legend is feeling ready to start a new chapter in his career. He wants not only to leave the city of the Beatles, but also to leave Great Britain.

The destination Salah is considering is Spain. Earlier, there were speculations linking the valuable footballer with a move to FC Barcelona and, above all, Real Madrid. It seems that in the coming days the issue of this step will again appear on the covers of newspapers in the Iberian Peninsula.

Awna adds that Al-Masry feels the same with Sadio Mane, who left Liverpool for Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022. His colleague from the unforgettable trio may soon decide to take a similar step.

While Salah’s current season has not been perfect, he is still the Reds’ best performer, with 22 goals in 39 appearances. The winger’s overall record is even more impressive, with 178 goals scored in 293 appearances which ranks him seventh in the English club’s all-time leading scorers list.

Remember, Roberto Firmino is already certain of parting ways with Jurgen Klopp’s side. The Brazilian will finish his current season with Liverpool and then leave as a free agent.
