MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti SUPER 3X – Taiwanese introduced a new graphics card of the Ampere family
Just a week ago we reported about the upcoming premiere of the MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti SUPER 3X graphics card. In terms of appearance, this variant is quite unique, because the manufacturer used a large-scale cooling system known from more expensive and faster models of the SUPRIM line. As with other updated GeForce RTX 3060 Ti models, the Taiwanese came up with the faster GDDR6X memory type. The new version was supposed to debut in select Asian countries, but recent reports indicate that the launch has been canceled and the product card has disappeared from the MSI website.

According to user sources @hkepcmedia, NVIDIA has ordered the Taiwanese company to completely pull the graphics card from its distribution channels. This is likely related to the potentially misleading nomenclature. A few years ago, updated systems of the GeForce RTX 2000 and GTX 1600 series arrived in stores, which differed significantly from the basic versions. To make the new models easier to identify, NVIDIA added a footer to the name at that time amazing. Customers who do not keep up with the PC component market may have mistakenly assumed that the MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti SUPER 3X also offers improved technical specifications. It is currently unknown if MSI will decide to change the name and re-submit the new variant for sale.
