I don't know what to consider. I understand that a person who does not have a family thinks about such proposals, because the apartment will be lost anyway, but when you have children? Nowadays, when very few people can afford an apartment? My sister and I don't have our own apartments, and I don't know if we will ever have such an opportunity. I don't even want to think about whether such proposals are fair at all and what are their benefits. Burn my heart.

It all started with a TV commercial. Although my parents only recently told us about their plans, they had been planning to do this for a long time. In general, they act as if the decision has already been made, and do not take our opinion into account. We're both adults, with our own families, and we know how hard it can be. It never flooded in our house. However, my parents lived in different times. Sure, getting an apartment was a little miracle too, sometimes you had to wait for years, but the expectations were completely different. After years of working at the cooperative, they could buy it for almost nothing, and it was within their reach. Today, there is no alternative to your own apartment. You can only rent from someone. And buy? This is an option for those who are more fortunate in life.

We always thought our parents would leave this apartment, because that's all they really had. Now they want to get rid of him in exchange for a modest pension. These are not coconuts that will suddenly change their lives. We suggested that they not do that, and that my sister and I would try to help them financially more often, but they didn't seem to want to burden us. Nonsense, we know we won't be able to pay their salaries, but we always help them as much as we can.

Plus, it's kind of smelly to me. We don't know anything about contracts, and I don't even know if we'll be able to find the hooks. I'm afraid that someone will simply deceive them and that they will really be left with nothing. Not to mention the fact that we also deserve something. We would be left with nothing from our parents if they decided to do this. What if we wanted to bring them home someday? so what? None of us have the necessary conditions for this, and the only option is to move in with them, but this is not possible with the family, or to sell the apartment and get a loan for at least these three rooms. And yes? what shall we do? I'm really afraid of this, it's shady business. After all, these companies must also be profitable, as it is known that they will not pay more than the value of the apartment.

But my mother is completely deaf to such arguments, and she and my father have already imagined how wonderful it would be. They don't want to think about the consequences, the catches and the catches, what if it's just a scam. They keep telling us that this has been successful in the West for a long time. Sure, but somehow most of these great offers in our country turn out to be just a scam. Or maybe I'm exaggerating? I don't even know how to check this? How can you be sure of the honesty of this company and what will happen in 10-15 years?
