After an autopsy, police said that a 45-year-old Polish man and a 36-year-old woman, whose bodies were found in their home in Costice near Norwich in eastern England, died from stab wounds to the neck. An autopsy has not yet been performed on the bodies of the two girls, possibly the man’s daughters, who were found in the same house.
The tragedy occurred on Friday morning in the town of Costesi. Officers entered the home at 7:15 a.m., less than 15 minutes after receiving a call from a concerned neighbor. But it later turned out – which the police admitted – that they received the first call at six in the morning, but it was ignored and officers were not sent to the scene. The person who called the police was the 45-year-old himself.
The police stated in the first message that all the bodies had injuries. On Sunday evening, it was reported that an autopsy showed that the man died from a single stab wound and the woman died from more than one wound. Autopsies on the girls' bodies will be conducted on Wednesday.
The police announced earlier that they are not searching at this stage for anyone related to this incident.
However, patrols will remain in the area and the road next to the victims' home will remain closed until the investigation is completed, the BBC reported.

So far, the police have not provided the personal details of the victims. British media revealed the man's name on Saturday. He is reported, among other things, to have lived in Great Britain for approximately 20 years. His daughters were 12 and 7 years old. Police reported that the 36-year-old woman was a relative of theirs, but did not live permanently in the house. This may indicate that the victim could be the Polish's sister, who – according to the media citing reports from neighbors – has been there often in recent weeks to help him around the house.
The story of the Polish-Thai wife, whom the neighbors have not seen for several months, remains a mysterious case. Due to her alleged absence, the man's sister was supposed to help him take care of the house.

I received a call about a missing person
Another circumstance of this case, drawn by the media, is that on December 14, the police received a phone call about a missing person living at the address where the tragedy occurred on Friday. This person was supposed to be a 45-year-old man. He was later found wandering in a nearby forest.
