The last smartphone in the Nothing offer, the Model 2, is definitely a high-budget device. Just look at its specifications and general capabilities – it's no wonder this model is mainly chosen by demanding customers. However, the smartphones of this manufacturer are so interesting that this relatively young company finally decided to release a mid-budget phone (2A). It will premiere in the coming weeks, and we already know all about it.
The Nothing in the Phone (2a) will eventually be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset. The official premiere of the device will take place on March 5.
Nothing Phone (2) – the first official presentation of a smartphone with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and an improved Glyph interface
The (2a) phone will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a frequency of 120 Hz and a Full HD+ resolution. The dimensions of the entire device will be 161.7 x 76.3 x 8.55 mm and should weigh around 190 grams. It is worth noting that the smartphone will offer symmetrical frames around the panel, just like the Samsung Galaxy S24+. On the back we see a set of two Samsung cameras in a central location. The main module is a 50-megapixel ISOCELL S5KG9 matrix with OIS, while the 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN1 will be used for ultra-wide-angle images. For selfies and video calls, there is a 32-megapixel camera. According to previous reports, the original Glyph lighting system will be present on board.

Until now, there has been a lot of talk about the Nothing Phone (2a) power supply system. Almost everything indicates that the manufacturer will use the Dimensity 7200 system and… we almost guessed it. The smartphone will feature a Dimensity 7200 Pro model that is “different in several areas”, prepared in collaboration with MediaTek. The rest of the specifications will be complemented by 8 or 12 GB of RAM, 128 or 256 GB of internal memory, an NFC module, a 5000 mAh battery with 45W charging support, and an IP54 certified case. The official premiere of the device will take place on March 5 this year.
