German food chain Mix Markt in Poland already has three stores – in Krakow, Tarnow and Opole and announces further expansion. The network is focused on ethnofood – in the stores you will find products from various Eastern European markets. Where will more stores be built? What can we buy at the Mix Markt other than food? In addition, another German chain stores, WoolWorth, will open in Poland this year. We know where it will be built.

Recently, there has been a lot of talk about a German retail chain called Mix Markt. In Poland, we can currently shop at three network points located at:

  • Krakow
  • Tarnov
  • and Obol.

However, as we can read on the operator’s website, Further investments are planned in Poland.

As announced on the website, the chain plans to open stores in Warsaw, Katowice, Poznań, Gdansk and Lodz.

As we read on the Mix Markt website, the chain has specialized in selling “universal produce.” The first store was opened in 1997 and currently operates 349 supermarkets in Germany and Europe, including 3 in Poland.

In addition, Mixmarket stores are located in: Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Great Britain, Italy, Montenegro, Holland, Austria, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
