Patrick Wilson praises Zack Snyder.  “Watchmen. Watchmen” before the fashion for superheroes?
Patrick Wilson, who made his directorial debut with the horror film Marked: Red Door, paid tribute to fellow director Zack Snyder. The actor admitted that he appreciated as a director the show “Watchmen. Watchmen”, in which he starred in 2009. In his opinion, Snyder overtook the boom of superhero cinema and paved the way for the “Avengers”.

Watchmen is the only Wilson film in which he returned

Wilson joked that he wanted to show the movie to his son, but had to redo the scene with Malin Akerman on the ship.

I wanted to see this movie as an older person, as a director. I knew Zach was ahead of the curveadded the actor. Strange to say, the public was not prepared for this. But such films are needed. I think the movie should go in a dark direction that the Avengers could go in the opposite direction.

I would like to be in this movie now, that would be greatWilson concluded.

“Watchmen. Watchmen” – what was the movie about?

“Watchmen. Watchmen” is a film adaptation of the popular comic book created by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. The action takes place in 1985, when one of the former superheroes dies. His friend is trying to find the killer even though the activities of masked avengers are banned.

Zack Snyder directed the film, from a screenplay by Alex Tse and David Hayter. The cast included Patrick Wilson, Jackie Earle Haley, Malin Ackerman, Billy Crudup, Matthew Goode, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
