Legia Warsaw’s preparations are underway for its away match against Wartha Poznań (19 May, 15:00) in matchday 33 of the Ekstraklasa. On Thursday 16 May, the reserve players from the third division, i.e. Michal Zipa, Franciszek Saganovski, Maciej Bochniak (winger) and Szymon Greczewski (attacking midfielder), trained with the first team.
During Thursday’s training, which started at 12:00, there were also – just like on Wednesday – Franciszek Chujak (Legia’s second goalkeeper) A Pascal Mozy (Midfielder for the U-19 team). The following people did not participate in activities with the first team: Ramil Mustafaev (Rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament rupture), Marco Burch (recovery process after a hamstring injury), Blaz Kramer (individual work after surgery for a metatarsal fracture), Rafael Augustyniak (complete ankle sprain), Thomas Pickhardt (rehabilitation) After torn biceps), Patrick Kuhn (hamstring damage) and Josue. The Portuguese is bruised after the match against Lech in Poznań, but is expected to be fit to play in Grodzisk Wielkopolski.
The next training will take place on Friday 17 May (12:00). Then the coach of the capital club, Gonçalo Feo, will meet journalists at a press conference before Sunday’s match against Wartha Poznań (19/05, 15:00).
