Raków Częstochowa exploited the striker. A year ago he was worth two million euros

Rakow Częstochowa is fighting for the transfer of Watford striker Mileta Rajovic. New information on this topic was provided by Tomasz Wędarczyk in the program “Let’s Talk About Football”.

Raków Częstochowa are looking to get back on their feet after a disappointing season. Jasna Góra have once again focused on big transfers, bringing in Patrick Makuch, Jonathan Braut-Brunis and most recently leading Ekstraklasa defender Ariel Mosur.

It is not said that last year’s Polish champions have already had the last word in the transfer market.

As Tomasz Wlodarczyk reported a few days ago, activists from Lemanowski have informed Watford about Milita Rajovic, the 25-year-old Danish striker.

The 190cm player moved to Championship side Watford for €2m last summer and has since scored 12 goals in 47 appearances.

Włodarczyk updated previous reports saying negotiations were going in the right direction, despite the difficulty of completing the transfer.

– They’ve lost their minds, and the conversation has become more specific. It’s worth 2.5 million euros, which means you’ll have to take your wallet out of your pocket. We’ll see if it works. The journalist stressed that it’s not easy because he’s a key player in the tournament.

Raków have eleven points after six rounds of the Ekstraklasa. Marek Babzon’s team recently stopped a two-game losing streak with a win over Lechia Gdańsk.
