“Possession”: A classic horror film
Filmed in 1981, Possession is set in West Berlin during the Cold War. Mark (Sam Neill) and Anna (Isabelle Adjani) are going through a marital crisis caused by the man’s long absence and the woman’s relationship. Anna neglects their normal child and falls into increasingly extreme emotional states, making communication difficult. Mark wants to save the relationship, so he tries to find out the reason for his wife’s strange behavior. He soon discovers a terrifying secret.
Possession had its world premiere in the main competition of the Cannes Film Festival in 1981. The film initially received mixed reviews, but over the years it gained the status of a cult work and a classic of horror cinema. Robert Pattinson: the most important roles
We recently saw Robert Pattinson as Batman in Matt Reeves’ show titled ‘The Batman’. The 36-year-old actor made his screen debut with a small role in the film “Vanity Fair” in 2004. He played the role of Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter film series. He gained immense popularity for his role as Edward Cullen in the Twilight saga. His appearances in films such as “Maps to the Stars” by David Cronenberg, “A Good Time” by the Safdie Brothers, “High Life” by Claire Denis, “The King” by David Michôd, “The Lighthouse” by Robert Eggers and “Tenet” by Christopher Nolan are noteworthy.
