On Tuesday, before dawn, under favorable weather conditions, there will be an opportunity to spot a “space train” in the sky from our country. After five o’clock, Starlink communications satellites will fly in.
On Monday, when it was 15:44 in Poland, SpaceX launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida, using a Falcon 9 rocket, 46 Starlink satellites into low Earth orbit. The goal of the entire network is to cover every place on earth with Internet access.
Starlinki is visible over Poland
According to Karol Wojski, astronomy promoter and author of the blog With His Head in the Stars, Starlinek’s flight will be visible over Poland shortly after 5 a.m. on Tuesday. He added that the satellites “should be visible all over the country.”
Will the weather conditions be favorable for observations? Cloudy weather is expected across Poland at night from Monday to Tuesday, although some rain is expected.
Starlink satellites
The Starlink family of telecommunications satellites provides Internet access services around the world. The goal of the project is to expand network access anywhere on the planet. Satellites are put into orbit by Elon Musk’s SpaceX.
