Lily Saint-Cyr – Musical
Already acclaimed across the province since its creation last year, the musical dedicated to the rise of the queen of American burlesque continues with Marie-Pierre Labrecque in the title role.

With 55,000 tickets sold, the play first name returns this summer with a revamped cast. Karine Gonthier-Hyndman, Noémie O’Farrell, Mikhail Ahooja, François-Xavier Dufour and Benoit Drouin-Germain take up the torch to show that choosing a baby name is not easy in this comedy.

United States of America
More than 40 years after its publication, the cult novel United States of America has undergone a new adaptation, this time in the form of a musical. Directed by Joel Legendre, the show stars Audrey-Louis Beausejour and Mathieu Levesque and is based on the main lines of a story by Jean Beaude.
- August 2 to 9 at the Maurice-O’Bready Hall in Sherbrooke and August 15 to 24 at the Odyssée Hall in Gatineau. A provincial tour will follow in the fall.

Six friends used a private retreat to organize their reunion at the benefit of six writers’ collaborations. Marc St-Martin, the only male member of the creative team, directs the show, which draws on the talents of actresses Genevieve Broulet, Valerie Blais and Catherine Proulx-Lemay.

Nuns
More than 35 years in the making, the Quebec edition Nuns It’s back on the road this summer. Dorothée Berryman, Chantal Lamarre and Lili-Ann de Francesco are some of the performers at the event, where a group of nuns organizes a particularly wild fundraiser.
