The 14th pension will be paid in September. Who will get the money?

According to the Social Insurance Institution, this year the “fourteen” will be distributed to those entitled in September. However, there are exceptions. – September 1st falls on a Sunday this year, so people who should get the benefit on that day will get it early: Friday, August 30th. This year’s fourteenth pension totals exactly PLN 1,780.96 – which is equivalent to the minimum pension. – Persons whose basic benefit does not exceed PLN 2,900 in total can count on the full amount. In the case of persons whose basic benefit is between PLN 2,900 and PLN 4,630.96 in total, the 14th benefit will be reduced according to the zloty-for-zloty principle. Zeus adds.

The benefit will not be paid if the amount of the “fourteenth pension” is less than PLN 50. – “Czternastka” is free of deductions, for example, for bailiff’s actions. It is not included in income when applying for social assistance, alimony or 500 plus for dependents. Only the health insurance premium and the advance income tax will be deducted from the benefit. A pensioner who receives the minimum benefit amount (gross PLN 1,780.96) will receive two payments with a net amount of PLN 3,114.35.

Across the country, nearly 9 million retirees and pensioners will receive their 14th pension, including 6.4 million in the full amount.
