Tottenham Hotspur unexpectedly lost to Pacos de Ferreira in the fourth round of the Conference League qualifiers. Tottenham’s squad was far from normal, but the 0-1 defeat certainly does not bring pride to the Premier League team, especially since they did not fire a single shot.
Playing in the least famous of the three European Cups was certainly not the goal of Spurs last season. Now, however, it may turn out that there will be no Londoner even in the group stage.
