“The first nuclear power plant in Poland with an electrical capacity of 3,750 megawatts.” It will be built in Choczewo municipality” – the Pomeranian Prefectural Office announced in announcing the site’s decision.

The decision issued by the Governor is the next step after PEJ SA obtained the basic decision from the Ministry of Climate and Environment. The basic decision means a political green light for the project and confirmation of its suitability for the country’s energy policy. The location decision is actually granting the right to the area necessary to make the investment.
