The Lion King in its first official presentation!  Prepare for an epic adventure!

Disney has just released the trailer for their latest film, “Mufasa: The Lion King,” a prequel to the 2019 film.

The director is Barry Jenkins and the screenplay is written by Jeff Nathanson. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on December 20, 2024 It will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the original “The Lion King” film and the 5th anniversary of the CG-animated version.

The trailer promises a return to familiar and beloved characters, as well as the introduction of new characters that will help explore the story of Mufasa, one of Disney's most iconic characters. Fans around the world can't wait to return to this classic story of adventure, family, and legacy.

The cast includes stars like Seth Rogen and Billy Eichner, who will once again provide their voices for Timon and Pumbaa. Aaron Pierre will be the voice of Mufasa, and Kelvin Harrison Jr. will be the voice of Mufasa. You will play the role of Scar.
