The video was posted on Twitter by former TVN24 journalist Piotr Czaban, who is currently active in the Podlaskie Volunteer Humanitarian Emergency Initiative, to help refugees on the eastern border of the Republic of Poland. In the description of the recording, he reported that the accident happened last night (5/6 October) in Białowiea.
The recording shows a refugee who likely tried to move from Belarus to the Polish side of the border. However, the man grabbed the barbed wire at the top of the border fence with his foot and hung upside down.
It is not known who the author of the recording is. The film shows that the witnesses to the accident (because of the uniform it can be concluded that they are officers or soldiers), did not hide their amusement from the fatal situation of the man trapped on the fence.
