The Polish Development Fund has a new president.  The Supervisory Board made a decision

“The Supervisory Board of the Polish Development Fund SA (…) after carrying out the qualification procedures, elected the Board of Directors of the Polish Development Fund for a new joint term of 5 years, consisting of: Piotr Machuk – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mariusz Jaszczyk – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Finance and Development, Mikołaj Raczynski – Vice President Investments” – published on the PFR website.

The new Chairman of the Board, Piotr Machuk, is an economist and manager with 17 years of professional experience, including 10 years of practice in international development institutions. In the years 2017-2024, he served as Representative of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – an agency of the World Bank Group in Poland. Machuk is also a graduate of Economic Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Sustainable Companies Program at the University of Oxford.
