Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has suggested holding talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop the killing of people, Interfax Zapad reported.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that “Europe has enough strength to resist aggression against Ukraine,” and appealed to the West to impose more sanctions on Russia, and ordinary people for protests and demands for peace.
Ukrainian cities have been bombed since yesterday. During the first 24 hours of the invasion, 137 Ukrainians were killed. Russia, on the other hand, lost more than 540 soldiers.
Zelensky appealed to citizens of European countries to come to Ukraine to help repel Russian aggression.
