The Belarusian website Nexta reported that the plane crashed in a residential area. So far, no one has confirmed this information. It is also unknown what type of machine was shot down and whether it was a manned aircraft.
Reuters noted similar sounds were heard the day before when Russian maneuverable missiles struck a military base in Brovary near Kiev on Thursday, killing six people.
