This is how much we would have to pay to use common electrical appliances after exceeding 2000 kWh

This year, we have electricity prices from 2022. This is due to the electricity price freeze by the government. However, there is a condition. Freezing only applies to certain household consumption. This is to encourage us to save electricity. We have prepared for you a summary of how the price of using common electrical appliances can differ after you exceed the 2000 kWh limit.

By law, the consumption of electricity is limited For all at the same level 2000 kWh. People with a large family card, as well as the elderly who have raised at least three children, have a limit of 3,000 kWh per year, while people with disabilities have a limit of 2,600 kWh.

After the limit is exceeded, new electricity rates will apply – in short, electricity will become more expensive.

We currently pay tariff-level rates to commercial businesses from January 2022.

The law also stipulates that if between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023, the customer has reduced his consumption by at least 10% compared to the period from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022, in 2024, the seller has to offer him a 10% discount of Electricity costs from October 2022 to December 2023.

Information about annual electricity consumption can be found in the electricity bill. This is the estimated consumption for the last 12 months.
