The O2.pl portal refers to an entry posted in social media by Wiktor Ćwikliński, a member of the fan club of the “Ranch” series. Francesc Pichka was born on January 18, 1928 in Godów in Upper Silesia. During his acting career, he has received many awards. In 2011, he was awarded the Grand Cross of Bologna Restituta for outstanding services to national culture. In 2015, he was awarded the Polish Eagle Life Achievement Award. In 2017, he was awarded the Order of the White Eagle. Last year, the Polish Filmmakers Association honored the actor with a special award from the Polish Filmmakers Association for his lifetime achievement.
