The minimum wage has increased by PLN 210 since 2022 and currently totals PLN 3010. The important information for people receiving the lowest salaries is that net salary adjustments are more favorable after tax changes are introduced under the “Polish deal”. all because of Increase the tax-exempt amount.

Cabinet regulation regarding minimum wages in 2022:

As of January 1, 2022, the minimum wage for work is PLN 3010. As of January 1, 2022, the minimum hourly wage is PLN 19.70.
