The family of Halyna Hutchins – a photographer who died on the set of Rust in 2021 – reached an agreement with Alek Baldwin and withdrew the lawsuit against the actor.
The tragedy of the Western “Rust” group occurred in New Mexico in October 2021. Alec Baldwin was set to play the outlaw Rust, who accused his 13-year-old grandson of accidentally causing the death of a man.
