Ukraine.  Intercepted Russian conversation, published by the Security Service of Ukraine SBU

The Russian soldier reported in a conversation captured by the Ukrainian Security Service that the Russian 58th Army, of the Southern Military District, was almost completely destroyed by the Ukrainians. According to the military report, not a single person survived in some companies.

In a conversation intercepted by the security department Ukraine (SBU) Posted on Telegram on Tuesday, a Russian soldier reported that the Russian 58th Army, of the Southern Military District, had been almost completely wiped out by Ukrainian forces.

Of the fifty-eighth army, it is considered the heaviest [najlepiej uzbrojoną – przyp. red.] In the Southern Military District, there was literally nothing left. In the company of Valerie Paquin, no one survived. Nobody! They killed everyone, the entire company. They are also with us [w 58. armii – przyp. red.] Comp with three or four people alive – said the Russian army during a conversation with his wife.

SBU: The 58th Army is equipped with the latest equipment

As reported by the SBU, in 2018 the 58th Army was equipped with the latest available in Russia Weapons and military equipment. On Tuesday morning, the Ukrainian General Staff reported that, according to its estimates, the forces of the invaders had already lost 29,350 soldiers during the invasion, as well as 1,302 tanks and 205 aircraft, among others.

The all-out 58th Army was recreated in 1995. The formation, daily stationed in Vladikavkaz in North Ossetia, took part in the first and second Chechen wars, as well as in the Russian aggression on Georgia in 2008.
