Auroch Digital is a team that loves to tackle completely different projects. At one time they created the Brewmaster beer brewing simulator, at another they created the Mars Horizon economic strategy, while the first projects included Chainsaw Warrior: Lords of the Night, an adaptation of a board game from Games Workshop. Now another project is on the way that takes the indie studio back to its roots, but with a stronger brand.

Games under the Warhammer 40K brand have explored very different areas of genres – from RTS, through RPGs, to tactical games. All this collection will now be powered by a dynamic shooter that both graphic style and gameplay refer to the cult FPS of the good old days. We recently got a five-minute gameplay video and an introductory introduction to the title.
Aliens: Dark Descent – an upcoming tactical game in the Alien universe. New trailer with release date and game screenshots
Warhammer 40K: Boltgun will put us in the suit of a powerful space soldier who will travel to different places in the universe to spread the words of the Emperor with a powerful combat arsenal. And here we have very good news for fans of the old school style of play. It seems that the Auroch Digital team is planning to create a complete feel of gameplay from around the 90s, without all the common hybrid ideas with the addition of RPG or MMO elements. Just pure old smash. On paper, this idea sounds pretty good and seems entirely possible.
