On Tuesday evening, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Prime Minister Peter Fiala participated in a discussion organized during the Karpacz Economic Forum.
Peter Fiala said in his speech that only after the outbreak of the war did many European countries realize that policy towards Russia had not been successful so far. Only then did they begin to use the experiences of the countries of Central Europe.
He emphasized that Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki now plays a very important role in Europe, and that his authority in the European Union is of great importance in making decisions, for example regarding Ukraine.

He pointed out that we have warned more than once of the consequences of Russian policy.
“This consistency in our statements is key and I would like to thank you, Peter. There was some ambiguity between our two countries, but with Prime Minister Philae taking over the portfolio, it simply vanished. Today we focus on what is most important, which is effective support for Ukraine“
