– Tonight on WWE SmackDown, the blue show starts with video of the match between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber, then what happened on RAW. Backstage, Kayla Braxton is with Jimmy Uso, who says she told her brother she could come see him in the ring tonight.
– The commentators welcome us, and then the first match begins!
6-Man Tag Team Match
Braun Strowman, Ricochet & Madcap Moss vs. The Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci)
During the match, Drew McIntyre comes to the stage to see what’s going on in the ring.
At the end of the match, Gunther powerbombs Madcap Moss to win by pinfall.
Winners: Imperium
– After the match, Gunther and Drew McIntyre face off from afar… but the Viking Raiders come to attack McIntyre! Sheamus comes to the aid of his partner, but the Viking Raiders take him down very quickly. Braun Strowman cleans up and then Ricochet jumps over the top rope onto Eric and Ivar. Drew McIntyre and Sheamus send the Viking Riders into the crowd, then Strowman, Ricochet, McIntyre and Sheamus celebrate in the ring.
– Backstage, Santos Escobar joins Rey Mysterio in an interview. Escobar tells him that the Legado del Fantasma believes in honor. Rey Mysterio gives him a mask, Escobar wants to show that he respects him. Dominic Mysterio and Rhea Ripley appear and Dominic asks Santos Escobar how long he’s going to lick Rey’s ass. The son wishes his father well… and gets a little nervous.
– Backstage, Jimmy Uzo is with Solo Chikova. Jimmy says he knows Jey will be there to defend the belts. But being Elimination Chamber, it’s a little different. Paul Heyman says Solo Chikova will be with him. Jimmy will face his twin brother. Jimmy Uso agrees.
– LA Knight enters and says he’s not here to get WrestleMania moments, he’s here to make money and win titles. For that, he has to go through WrestleMania, and you can’t have WrestleMania without LA Night.
New Day music hits and Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods take the stage. Kingston tells him he’s been here for two months, who is he for a match at WrestleMania? LA Knight responded that if they hadn’t spent time playing, they would know it was a mega star. Xavier Woods says he likes the LA Knight gifts because they wear fake green skins… Wrestling moments aren’t given, they have to be earned.
LA Knight asks Kofi Kingston how KofiMania went, and he replies that it’s been good since he won the WWE Championship. He didn’t expect it, and he fought in the ring like he deserved it. Kofi Kingston challenges the LA Knight tonight, Xavier Woods asks Adam Pearce to confirm the match. A referee arrives and the match begins.
Singles match
LA King vs. Kofi Kingston (with Xavier Woods)
At the end of the match, LA Knight is in the corner, but he is interrupted by a trombone Xavier Woods. Kofi Kingston took the opportunity to take down the LA Knight and then continued his Trouble in Paradise for the pinfall win.
Winner: Kofi Kingston
– A video was released about the history between Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair.
– Charlotte Flair enters and she calls Rhea Ripley to the ring and the latter doesn’t. Ripley probably remembers the last time they were in the ring together, and the champion says it’s okay to be scared. Dominic Mysterio arrives and tells her he won’t let her go after his queen. Charlotte Flair replies that this is for the adults and she goes backstage and asks Ripley to come.
Dominic Mysterio says that Rhea Ripley is very strong. When she hugs him, she nearly breaks his back. Charlotte Flair says she has a real Latina in her house, whom she calls “Mami” and has a stronger accent than her.
Dominic Mysterio says he and Charlotte have a lot in common, having been compared to generational stars and their hit dad. When Mami goes to beat her at WrestleMania, Charlotte realizes her father was right about her not being talented. Charlotte Flair responded that she loves her father, who turns 74 this Saturday and is still in good shape, and would have sent him down if he had. But since he is not here…
Charlotte Flair approaches Dominic Mysterio, but Rhea Ripley’s music hits. She gets in the ring and confronts Charlotte Blair.
– Michael Cole reminds us that Money in the Bank is sold out and announces that more tickets have been released for WrestleMania 39.
Singles match
Natalya (with Tegan Nokes) vs. Shayna Baszler (with Ronda Rousey)
At the end of the match, Shayna Baszler drops Natalya by submission.
Winner: Shayna Bassler
– After the match, Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey continue to attack Natalya, but Tegan Noakes comes to her defense. Rousey and Baszler leave the ring.
– It’s time for Bray Wyatt’s Firefly Fun House. He reflects on his challenge to the winner of Bobby Lashley – Brock Lesnar at Elimination Chamber and Lashley’s response on Raw. Then comes a parody of a TV show, specifically Uncle Howdy giving the weather forecast. At the end, we see a masked man asking if he can hide a secret.
– Backstage, Jimmy Uso talks to Solo Chikova. Paul Heyman had Jimmy Uso read the message he just got: Roman Reigns will be next week. Tonight, Jimmy Uso has to take care of Jey alone, and if he can’t, Roman Reigns will next Friday.
Singles match
Rey Mysterio vs. Carrion Cross (with Scarlett)
At the end of the match, Scarlett climbs the second rope and Rey Mysterio falls down as he looks to do his 619 into the Carrion Cross. Second attempt: Dominic Mysterio grabs him and throws him out of the ring. Rey Mysterio goes up top again, but Karian Cross applies his cross jacket on him and Rey is knocked unconscious, ending the match with the referee.
Winner: Carrion Cross
– After the match, Dominic Mysterio tells his father to get up and beat him up. Rey Mysterio confronts his son, but doesn’t dare beat him, then leaves the ring.
– Next week: Roman Reigns returns / Rhea Ripley takes on Liv Morgan / Natalya and Degan Nokes takes on Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler.
– Jimmy Uso enters and grabs the microphone. He knows that Jay is hurting, and when he’s hurting, so is Jimmy. But he is always with him and they have a problem with Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. Sami Zayn comes to the ring and says he didn’t come to fight. He knows that Jimmy wants to talk to Jay, and he wants to talk to him too. But now, Zayn wants to talk to Jimmy. Jimmy Uso has supported him since day one. When Jay doesn’t believe him, Jimmy sees something in him. They were friends! Without Jimmy, there would be no Uzi, and no Sami Uso.
Jimmy Uso replied that Sami Zayn had a choice and he was the one holding the chair. He did what he had to do for the family. Sami Zayn says a family doesn’t force him to test his loyalty every week. Jey Uso appears in the crowd!
Sami Zayn says Bloodline isn’t about Roman Reigns, it’s not about a man. A path out of the bloodline lies ahead for Jimmy Uso, who doesn’t have to go down with the ship. Jimmy Uso attacks Sami Zayn And get Jey Uso to come! Sami Zayn uses this moment to hit a helluva kick on Jimmy Uso! Solo Chikova enters the ring and Sami Zayn runs into the crowd without getting close to Jey Uso. The show ends like this.
