Xavi Hernandez met with Mathieu Aleman to discuss a plan of action to strengthen FC Barcelona. The magazine “AS” reports the details.
Daily AS reports that Barcelona has set two transfer priorities. Xavi Hernandez and Matteo Alemani agreed that the most important goal in the transfer is to bring on Jules Conde and Robert Lewandowski.
At the same time, Barcelona is working on the inclusion of Jules Conde. The Spanish press confirmed that Xavi sees in France an ideal reinforcement of the defense line. The Barcelona coach appreciates the fact that a Sevilla player can play both as a stopwatch and as a right-back.
“AS” indicates that Barcelona will focus on the transfers of Lewandowski and Conde, and leave deals related to Ravenha and Bernardo Silva. Matteo Alemani was explaining to Xavi that even after taking advantage of the leverage, the club might not be able to finish these operations.
Journalists also confirmed that Andreas Christensen and Frank Kessie will go to the Camp Nou. Both will strengthen Barcelona on the basis of a free transfer. The club should make official announcements regarding the Dane and the Ivorian in the coming days.
